Shannon came aboard in spring 2021 after fifteen years in customer service. She has hit the ground running, and you’ll likely meet her during your visit at reception, during special testing, or as you pick out your new glasses, or all three. When she’s not at Ilex, Shannon enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family, where she is outnumbered by boys (including the dog).

Our clinic is located in the St. Clair Shores Shopping Centre, off Amy Croft Drive near Manning Road. We’re located next to the Sherwin-Williams, on the side closest to Route 22. There is plenty of free parking available outside the clinic.
